Lattice-based Strong Designate Verifier Signature and Its Applications

چکیده
Motivated by the need to have secure strong designate verifier signatures (SDVS) even in the presence of quantum computers, a post-quantum lattice-based SDVS scheme is proposed based on the hardness of the short integer solution problem (SIS) and the learning with errors problem (LWE). The proposed SDVS scheme utilizes the Bonsai trees and pre-image sample-able function primitives to generate the designate verifier signature (DVS). In this construction, the unforge-ability is based on the hardness of the SIS problem which is proven in the random oracle model and the non-transferability is based on the hardness of the LWE problem. As an application of the proposed SDVS scheme, we design a strong designate verifier ring signature scheme (SDVRS) which satisfies nontransferability. It is proven that the identity of the signer is unconditionally protected not only for any third-party but also for the designate verifier. Under the hardness of the SIS problem, the proposed SDVRS scheme is proven to be existentially un-forgeable in the random oracle model.

Convertible limited (multi-) verifier signature: new constructions and applications
A convertible limited (multi-) verifier signature (CL(M)VS) provides controlled verifiability and preserves the privacy of the signer. Furthermore, limited verifier(s) can designate the signature to a third party or convert it into a publicly verifiable signature upon necessity. In this proposal, we first present a generic construction of convertible limited verifier signature (CLVS) into which...
متن کاملNew Extensions of Pairing-Based Signatures into Universal (Multi) Designated Verifier Signatures
The concept of universal designated verifier signatures was introduced by Steinfeld, Bull, Wang and Pieprzyk at Asiacrypt 2003. These signatures can be used as standard publicly verifiable digital signatures but have an additional functionality which allows any holder of a signature to designate the signature to any desired verifier. This designated verifier can check that the message was indee...
متن کاملA New Efficient Identity-based Strong Designated Verifier Signature Scheme with Message Recovery
Designated verifier signature (DVS) allows the signer to convince a verifier the validity of a statement but prevent the verifier from transferring the conviction. Strong designated verifier signature (SDVS) is a variant of DVS, which could make it possible for a signer to convince only the designated verifier that the signature is made by the signer. Recently, many strong designated verifier s...
متن کاملThreshold attribute based universal designated verifier signature scheme in the standard model
In universal designated verifier signature scheme, signature holder can designate the signature to any desired designated verifier. Only the designated verifier can believe that the signature holder does have a valid publicly verifiable signature. Attribute based encryption is a novel public key primitive in cryptography and attribute based signature can provide a powerful way for users to cont...
متن کاملAdaptable Group-Oriented Signature
A new type of signature is presented in this paper, named adaptable group-oriented signature. In contrast with traditional group-oriented signature, the new one laid a strong emphasis on how to improve the signer’s efficiency. In fact, this new type of group-oriented signature can be seen as a type of designated verifier signature. In contrast with the ordinary designated verifier signature, it...
